ENHANCING YOUR PERFORMANCE BY BEING MENTALLY PRÉCIS IN EVERY SHOT

Everybody knows how important focus is when performing in bowling… “Stay focused” is often a comment from coaches or teammates or even something you “say” to yourself… What is it athletes should focus on to enhance performance, how can athletes stay focused and when loosing their focus – how do they regain focus?

In this workshop, trying to answer these questions you will be introduced to different practical tools and models – making the aspect of focus more concrete and tangible. Concluding the workshop we will look into how we as coaches can help our athletes enhancing their focus in performance?
